Took my money, forgot to pick up my wedding guests (almost 100 people) for over an hour and have been met with nothing but dead ends and ZERO compensation, not even an apology. Not a great experience, use the other local companies.

Terrible experience. The driver who was an Indian Sikh aggressively harassed me at the end of my journey over 3 weeks ago. I contacted PTV and have heard nothing from Dysons- despite my matter being escalated.

Today I had to go into Shepparton for a doctors appointment and as he isn't on a bus route I have to take a taxi. When I came out it being a lovely day thought I would stroll into town. Being 89 I got tired so thought would get the bus back to Harmony Village aged care home but not going out much didn't know the bus didn't go down Zurich's Lane any more so I ended up having to go back to town then out to Archer St and back into town. Now I didn't mind all this as I should have checked about the bus stop but the driver went one better, now I don't know his name but he was Australian I think and was driving the number 1119 bus. He had spoken to his supervisor and was allowed to go down Zurcas Lane and he dropped me off outside Harmony Village aged care home. The time would have been between 2 and 4 pm. I just wanted to say a very big thank you. Barb

Today I tried to catch the bus with my children. I have to use a large pram as provided by NDIS to double as my walking aid. This is none negotiable for me. I was informed with a big happy smile that I wouldn’t be able to ride the bus with the pram. I asked to confirm what she was telling me by responding with ‘so you’re telling me the people with disabilities aren’t allowed to ride your bus’ she told me no, just with that pram. There was no way I was offering any further personal information then I already had. She was not qualified to hear of my medical condition. I decided NOT to get off the bus like she expected but rather stand it ground and stand up for my right as an equal living in this country. I called head office where I explained the situation and was informed by a manager that I was in fact allowed to ride the bus. She went from having to leave immediately and asking me to get off the bus to refusing to leave at all. Unfortunately the women had some unkind things to say about me when head office radioed through that she would have to take us. She still wouldn’t leave. I even heard the manager tell her to leave and that he would speak to her later but she wouldn’t! By gods good graces my phone rang and it was the taxi company to say they were on their way. I didn’t hesitate in getting my children and removing ourselves from that unsafe environment.
I understand that these people when I’m a place of authority feel they have the right to make a person feel less then they are but I also understand that that’s not ok! Now that I have had it confirmed that I am allowed to travel even though I’m disabled, I will not blink next time this particular person tried to make my life harder nor will I have a problem with returning the favour!! 2 can play and 2 will play.

I had the pleasure of travelling with an excellent lady driver who did bus replacement for V-Line Melton service recently. I do not know her name, but her skills in driving, and her customer service skills were exemplary
I do not know this lady's name, but I know that she was to P/up a TV crew from Port Melbourne to Shepperton. This lady is an excellent ambassador for your services.
