You can tell Amarah loves her job and has excellent knowlege of fragrance's.

My diffuser stopped working. I spoke with the ladies in store and was recommended to try the 'diffuser cleaning kit', which I didn't know about and it worked brilliantly. Thank you both, I will now clean it on a regular basis. Thank you both for your time, assistance and patience especially as the store was so very busy with shoppers buying gifts. Highly recommend a visit to this business.

Last night I have purchased a candle at disk Inaloo.
I had dropped an eftpos machine by accident. The staff at the shop was so nice and smiling even sorry to me I had to wait for the eftpos machine set up again. Thank you for your hospitality! I am definitely coming back. Also love the candle.

Now i’m not someone who leaves reviews but i had to for the most amazing encounter I just had. I’m not a candle person and went in to jus buy a diffuser for my mum but the MOST AMAZING worker there named Jane (I think i’m bad with names ahah) helped me get an amazing deal and worked it out so i could get double the things i thought i’d get all with vouchers and deals. She was so nice and even hugged me. Thanks so much for brightening this tired uni students day 💚

Rude staff member, refused to lower mask as I couldn't understand what they were saying, i'm slightly deaf and i lip read. I explained problem with a recently gifted diffuser and they wouldn't believe because i had no receipt. I'm an electrician and had tested the power supply myself, found a broken cable within the cord. Asked for replacement cable and after much back and forth they reluctantly gave one. Left feeling angry and frustrated.
