We had a lovely morning with Cherene, exploring Airlie Beach and surrounds - we visited such beautiful spots with amazing views. Cherene is very knowledgeable, has great stories and is lovely to chat to. Highly recommended. Thanks Cherene!

Had a beautiful morning with Cherene at the Sunrise with the Kangaroos & Wallabies tour.
Not only is Cherene knowledgeable and authentic, but she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and that we learnt about the history, nature and the area.
She had the car all set up with blankets and pillows for the ride to the national park (which was early to make it there in time for sunrise) making us feel very comfortable for a little snooze on the way there, and we had a great breakfast set up after the sunrise. As a cherry on top we also did a beautiful hike to a viewpoint after breakfast, and stop at local bakery to buy some pastries on the way back to Airlie.
Highly recommend Cherene’s Driftwood Tours, an incredible independent tour operator if you’re staying in Airlie Beach.

What a fabulous tour operator! Must be the absolute best in Airlie Beach and surrounds. Cherene has so much knowledge of the area, it’s history and fauna/wildlife. Very impressive. So far I’ve done the 3 hour Airlie Beach sightseeing and the Cape Gloucester tour, both amazing value for money! There’s definitely more to Airlie Beach & Whitsundays than Hamilton Island and Whitehaven and Cherene will take you to hidden gems and share so much interesting information with you.
I absolutely rate the service of these tours 10 out of 10. She picks you up from your chosen location and drops you back after the tour. Her bus caters for a small group which gives the tour an intimate feel. Nothing is too hard for Cherene. Love her positive attitude and customer service. A real pro. I honestly can’t wait to go back and try a few of the other tours that are on offer!

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! You have not done the whitsundays until you have done this tour!!
If I could do more stars I would. Cherene is the most lovely person and passionate about her work.
It was the best day visiting the most beautiful beaches I didn't even know existed.
If you want Insta worthy pics to share, this is it. If you want a chilled out vibe listening to music and having a drink by the beach, this is the tour! Beautiful lunch and massive portions worth every penny, this again is it.
If you want to see secret beaches with crystal blue/aqua water with white sand and beautiful white coral, this is it. I wouldn't think about booking, I would do it.

I can't wait to visit airlie beach again just to go on the tour again.
Thanks again Cherene, thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

Amazing tour with Charene, extremely knowledgeable, fun and down to earth. Book a tour at the start of trip, she tells you all the best places to adventure to. From the history of each island down to the best food places and more. Must book, loved every second of it.

Cannot recommend the tour highly enough
For those who get sea sick and cant venture out on the ocean dont worry you will enjoy this soooo much more - once your friends and family see your pics they will be envious

My mum and I had an amazing time on our tour of Cape Hillsborough! Our tour guide, Cherene, was so witty, professional and knowledgeable! She shared so much information and fun facts with our group about plants, trees, animals and much more! She was also very accomodating and went the extra mile to make sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. This tour has been my absolute favorite! Thank you so much Driftwood Tours and Cherene for such an awesome time in Airlie Beach!
