Dream Tours Nindya is very knowledgeable, patience and helpful for our group of 4 visiting Sydney. She guided us with the best memorable experience for 4days/ 3 nights tour & hotel package. She assigned an MPV 7 seaters for 4 of us as a private tour exploring 2 days. The driver Fredo is extremely cautious, friendly and flexible catering to our changes beyond itinerary schedule. Well done and thankful. We all enjoyed the Sydney experience.

It was fantastic to visit Mt Baw Baw experiencing the snow, and plenty of it.
Of concern was our driver Vance. It was raining considerably heavy and our driver made no effort to slow a little once on the freeway from Melbourne.
Also of concern was the speed in which Vance was taking some of the hairpin bends heading up to Mt Baw Baw, some at considerable speed.
Our next issue, once we hit the snow on the road at Mt. aw Baw, Vance did not stop to put chains on the vehicle just prior to driving on the snow covered road. Eventually stopping as the bus had no traction on the ice, stopping close to the middle of the road where cars could just pass.
Vance spent an hour trying to attach snow chains to the bus wheels, even with a little help from his passengers.
Vance did offer us an extra hour on the Mt.
On our return, travelling on snowy icy roads coming down the Mt, Vance left no room for error travelling behind a car also heading slowly down the Mt, which in turn almost ended with our bus running into the back of the car.
All up, the drive to and from Mt Baw Baw wasn’t a pleasant experience.
