My now husband and I knew we wanted help navigating the task of hosting a wedding, and after our first meeting with Terrian, we knew she was the one. Her attentiveness to our vision, timeline, questions, and details we didn’t think about, proved her to be very trustworthy with our big day. Her communication, organization, and passion throughout the entire process were unwavering.

On our big day, her execution was outstanding. She handled EVERYTHING, and when I say EVERYTHING, I mean it! I’m usually one to check in on everyone, but she made sure I stayed in the moment and only focused on being the bride. After our wedding, our bridal party, family, and friends kept asking about her! They raved about her and her amazing service!

At this point, I feel like I simply create events just so that Terrian could plan and execute! Haha. I am that obsessed with her work.

I met Terrian at a friend’s wedding a few years ago and I was simply blown away by her work. The aesthetic caught my eye because it aligned perfectly with my own: clean, modern, classy. Before the wedding ended, I made it a point to introduce myself to Terrian, congratulate her on an amazing job and swiftly requested her card. Truth be told, I was regretting that I was already married and would never have an opportunity for Terrian to plan my wedding.

I had to think of something, though. What could I host that Terrian could plan so that I could have that feeling of awe at my own event? What could I host so that I could look back on memories and daydream and smile.

Some time later, I became pregnant and booked Terrian to plan my baby shower. Pregnancy complications derailed those plans and I remorsefully had to cancel my shower. What else could I do? I simply needed SOMETHING.

Alas, my mother was turning 70 and it was the perfect occasion.

I had a vision of having an intimate dinner at my apartment for a party of 20. I wanted lots of candles and flowers. That’s all I knew and that was pretty much all the guidance Terrian had.

The run up to the even was smooth. Terrian was available, accommodating, bubbly, bursting with ideas and just a dream (pun intended).

To say the event was perfect is an understatement. My mother was blown away. Guests were awestruck. It was perfect: the candles, the flowers, the table setting, the mood, the ambience. It was the epitome of perfection.

Following my mother’s 70th, my brain kept tingling with “what event should I host next”? One day, I will have a birthday party or renew my wedding vows and I already know what to do…who to call.

In the interim, I dreamed up this idea to have my table decorated for thanksgiving. Ha! Who hires a person to decorate their thanksgiving table?! Well, that’s what you do when you’re obsessed with Terrian’s work.

I messaged Terrian sometime in October 2021 and after a prompt response, the plans were in motion. The table was to be a surprise to my family, especially my young daughters, and when Terrian showed up at 9 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, my kids shrieked. They were ebullient especially remembering the wonderful job Terrian had done for my mother 70th. Terrian was so warm and accommodating of my children who were eager to help. I saw it as an internship for them as I dream of them becoming event planners one day…all because of Terrian.

Needless to say, the table was sheer perfection, elegant and classy. It was everything I had hoped for and my girls almost cried when we had to take it down couple days later.

My point in writing this really long review is that Terrian is the best. She’s perfect in her work. I’ve never been happier when she plans for me.

Terriann was the absolute best!! When my husband and I first started planning our vow renewal we said we only wanted 60-75 people. Our vision completely changed, but Terriann was so flexible and accommodating. One thing that never changed was my desire to have a flower less party and she executed that vision perfectly!!!
Terriann was always professional, warm, accessible, knowledgeable and so generous with her knowledge!

Terrian and her assistant Melissa was amazing!!! I'm so pleased to have hired her for my dream wedding. I love her energy and suggestions. She's so down to earth and straight forward which I LOVE!!! Terrian helped me organize my wedding and calm my worry nerves as the days got closer to my wedding. She also made sure I had time during my wedding to use my breastpump while my baby was home with the sitter to keep up with my milk supply. Like any event, there were was drama, but Terrian reminded me that the most important thing is being my husband at the alter and everything will fall into place. And she was right! She directed my bridal party on where to go and be at. She understood my vision and made it real. She made sure my husband and I were happy. Helped us look FABULOUS in our 3 outfit change! Thank you so much Terrian for everything!!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

Dream Plan-It was everything! Used Terrian for my wedding after she planned my sister’s wedding. She is very responsive, professional and helpful. She accompanied my husband and I to many of our appointments and put ab extensive list of vendors to explore, especially black-owned businesses. She was especially helpful the few days leading up the wedding: reaching out to all vendors, creating logistics and a timeline for everyone, and making sure the show flowed from start to end. She even took pictures and videos for our social media pages. Especially great while waiting on professional pictures and allowed my husband abd I to disconnect and he in the moment.

I hate planning parties, it’s just not my thing mainly because it’s hard to rely on people to do exactly what you’re asking of them without being questioned. Terrian is RELIABLE! She was professional, responsive, on time, and respectful of my wishes! EVERYTHING that I wanted was accomplished! I hired Terrian for day-of service for my baby shower, mainly because I didn’t want anything big and I had a lot of people that did want to contribute to my party. But, honestly I should have let her plan everything and show up because my dreams were exceeded with the things she did have to order and put together for me. Her readiness is unheard of sometimes in this industry because my party started ON-TIME!
