Good service by managing team, home was clean and had all we needed in our unit.

Cape view beach resort is a very lovely well maintained resort with direct access to the beach.

Linen was late to be delivered, also the changeover service was delayed as well.

We recently spent 5 weeks at Unit 62 CapeView Beach Resort in Broadwater WA. The 3-bedroom, two bathroom accommodations were clean, well maintained and there was ample space for a family group comprised of 6 adults. The grounds at the resort were very well maintained, the pool area also was very clean. From our unit it was a two minute walk to the beach and you could walk for kms. The DownSouth Holiday Home management company responded to our questions very quickly and efficiently both by email and phone. Our daughter lives in Cowaramup, we will be returning annually and CapeView Beach Resorts managed by DownSouth Holiday Homes will be our first choice of holiday rentals. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Down South Holiday Homes. I stayed in Family Beach Escape in Dunsborough, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The accommodation was top-notch, providing a great stay for me and my family. The beaches in the area were simply breathtaking, offering a perfect place for relaxation and fun in the sun. The views from the holiday home were absolutely stunning! 🤩

But it wasn't just the natural beauty that impressed me. Down South Holiday Homes also offered a wide range of entertainment options and activities for the whole family to enjoy. From exciting outdoor adventures to indoor games and facilities, there was never a dull moment. The family had a blast.

The booking process was very easy. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the efficient and friendly service provided by Shannon, the owner of the business. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay deserves special recognition.

Overall, I cannot recommend Down South Holiday Homes enough. It truly is a wonderful place to stay, with great amenities, amazing beaches, beautiful views, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. A big thank you to Shannon for creating such a fantastic experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! 😁

Had a happy little stay here. Good location, short walk to the beach and appreciated the little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. We stayed during the recent heat wave and air conditioning in every room meant we had a cool retreat from our outdoor excursions.

We stayed at a rural property near Yallingup. The booking was easy and property exactly as described, clean and spacious with every amenity required. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday, close to all the best beaches nearby, secluded and private.

Well equipped, clean and comfortable unit. Very easy access with lock box at front. Good communication from Down South Holiday Homes. Would recommend Unit 25 and the Cape View Resort with good amenities and a very clean and tidy complex.

We had a wonderful stay in a well-equipped holiday home. The house was well set up for our stay with a well-equipped kitchen and much thought had gone into the provision of games for all ages.
The holiday home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has easy access to the local beaches and town centre.
