As usual Susan was very helpful with flight and vehicle bookings.
Our car hire was fully organised so no negotiations for insurance or other fees were necessary when we collected the car.

Spent over hour face to face with Susan when she said … “I will Continue with the itinerary (to sicily) … can you leave it with me and I will come back to you when the cruise co let me know - flights are all on hold”- that was 1 week ago and not even a courtesy call - flight centre wonderful
And very happy to make all bookings and reservations for us ! Wish I could give NO stars !
