Craig is a great driver - safe, reliable and always on time. His car is clean, comfortable and well maintained, with plenty of space for passengers and their luggage. Thank you so much for the ride last night. After a very long flight from New Zealand we got stuck at Ballina Airport but Craig helped us with a ride to Gold coast airport. Awesome guy and very knowledgeable about the area and shared some tips for the area

Craig has over a period of time that I have used his services. He as been so professional and courteous. Always on time. His vehicle is clean and the company he has provided on these trips has been excellent. If they had 10 stars I would more than happy to award him all 10.

Craig at Donovan Tours and Transfers came to the rescue after a mix up between Ballina and Coolangatta airports we had made on our trip to Byron Bay!
He had excellent knowledge of the area and gave us a number of great tips on things to try and do during our stay.
Craig also went out of his way to return a wallet we'd accidentally left in the car!
We travelled again with Craig for our transfer back to the airport in his newly picked up, 7 seater car which was clean, spacious and had a number of features for passenger comfort.
We'll absolutely travel again with Donovan Tours and Transfers next time we're in the area and prefer them over uber any day of the week!

I am a frequent flyer and have employed Donovan Transfers many times over the last 12 months.

Craig has proven to be reliable and punctual. I have commuted with various colleagues and clients. Craig picks up on the vibe of his passengers well. We’ve had early morning transfers with subtle music and pleasant conversation. In contrast to this I’ve had transfers on Friday evenings where Craig is happy to belt out some tunes, crack some jokes or share a quirky story.

He is a master of the trade.
