An agent named Nicole answered the phone. She was asked to provide quotes for a trip for four to Canada, and did nothing. I called her two more times to follow up over the course of a week. It’s coming up to two weeks since the initial call, and still nothing from her. Incredibly disappointing, and a waste of time. Her manner was also disinterested and not friendly.

DO NOT USE - Take money and forget you exist. Veg meals requested for flights, not provided. Transfers promised by ex staff member, not honored. No mention of ESTA and how to organise, meaning last minute we had flight centre helping us (at $120 fee of course). No follow up at all from time of payment, no reminders, no communication at all. Spend your money with someone who might care, even a little. longer explanation below.

Booked flights with DBT, Stuart who helped was a little abrupt but hey, he was trying to sell, no real issue there. It's when, with 2 weeks to go I email to book the transfers promised to find he no longer works there that the fun begins.

Then it was emails back and forth with management whom advised even though they are mentioned in emails, they were tied to accommodation not flights. The issue being this is not what their ex staff member had advised, because he couldn't get hotels we wanted.

Long story short, they weren't cheapest, by some margin, the only reason we booked was due to transfers being included. These weren't honored and I couldn't be bothered arguing with staff who blatantly didn't care. Lesson learned, don't use again.

Traveling overseas (for most) is something seldom, traveling to the USA, even more so. ESTA might be something you'd think DBT (being experts...LOL) might mentnion.....nope, find out when we were denied boarding.
