The venue is remarkably beautiful no doubt, the view of the harbour and the bridge is exceptional to say the least. You can snap some extraordinary pictures from the top deck. The boats coming in are a wonderous site in the backround the harbour Bridge is amazing to behold as is crown towers, and centrepoint tower.
I have attended more than one function at the DOLTONE HOUSE venue's, wedding's, bridal showers, chrostenings, birthday's high-tea etc etc.
Great atmosphere and surroundings beautiful elegant proffessional service by staff, lovely furnishings.
Food was good nothing extraordinary apetisers however are yummy..but u get what u pay for and the wedding packages arent always something to go off when u can choose other items.
All in all, I'm always thrilled to be there for any event.
Parking is exactly accross the road from the venue and its easily accessible.
Love the dock with plenty of space to take a walk and get some great 📸 photographs.

Went here for a friends wedding reception. On arrival we were served drinks and canapés on the balcony which overlooked Barangaroo and the iconic harbour bridge. The canapés were very nice especially the mushroom arancini. Staff were good and moving around and serving drinks.
The space inside is quite cavernous and very tastefully done, right down to the carpet choice. The food was surprisingly very good (sorry, other wedding food I've had was quite ordinary so I had low expectations) and not bland or mediocre at all. After the antipasto plate we were served a creamy pesto gnocchi or a ravioli which was rich without being too heavy. For mains The vegetarian option was a mushroom pie with a delightfully spicy sauce and potato gratin and the Barramundi was also warm, well cooked with a confit potato. Other guest had a beef dish which looked great all consistently cooked. Very enjoyable.

The sound system and lighting was also impressive.
Overall it was a fantastic experience. The staff were professional and very efficient. The only thing I would suggest is if they would smile a little.
I would highly recommend this for an event or especially a wedding reception which it seems what they specialise in and what they do very well.

Came here for a friend’s wedding and the food was probably one of the best that a wedding venue has provided! Our table ate every little bit off our plates and actually finished dinner feeling quite satisfied. Not to mention the hors d’oeuvres that were served before the event started! Everything was so well put together in terms of display and taste. Staff were also super attentive throughout the night and provided great service!

We have attended a wedding here a couple of weeks ago, the wedding was set on the 3rd floor which the hall can hold a bit more than 300 guests. The venue setting was beautifully and the views of the harbour foreshores and the bridge was breathe taken, especially at sunset. It was a beautiful wedding with everything was set to details. We had a really great night. However, the only down turned was the foods. We had Asian foods. The banquet had around seven (7) dishes. Nevertheless, some of the dishes were not great such lobsters were not fresh, the fish was cold when served and not fresh, the scallops were uncooked, and the asparagus with crab meat soup of which asparagus supposed in lumps were all mesh up. The foods was not enjoyable at all.

There is no doubt the Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf venue is just a perfect setting for wedding. The only thing that needed to be improved would be Asian food banquets if you would like to have Asian foods as banquet for your wedding.

Was here for a work conference, and the place was absolutely beautiful. Easy stroll from Star City Light Rail and ample parking on road. The venue is divine ✨️ if you're lucky with the weather, plentiful opps for a photo session and capture our beautiful Sydney Harbour.

Just attended my office party , had an amazing night , the food was sublime and oh boy! The view from the restaurant it was a perfect night. The only thing I was disappointed was with the service, asked for a drink , waited but seems like the waiter completely ignored my request, asked with another waiter again waited but same thing got ignored. Felt so embarrassed. Finally, had to go myself walk towards the drink and get it by myself in between the speech.
