The most unfriendly and unsatisfactory interaction I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the pharmacist unaccommodating, but very unprofessional and blatantly rude. I do not recommend going here if you want a friendly, efficient and professional service. Do better West Wyalong pharmacy.

I am absolutely appalled with the service given by these money hungry thieves. My grandmother is an aged pensioner, came in with a prescription for a GENERIC item that is subsidized by the government. She was charged $18 for an item that should have been $5.40! She then queried the price as she knows it was incorrect, however the staff member that served her "apparently" checked the price and confirmed it was correct (FALSE). Now, my grandmother is from Sydney and urgently needed this medication so she wasn't about to fight/argue with the staff, she paid and then left the store. WHERE IS YOUR DUTY OF CARE? I AM DISGUSTED! Businesses like these give the whole of pharmacy a bad name. I would know as i have worked in pharmacy for 9 years now.
