A great experience! We spent a week in one of the 2 bedroom deluxe units. The amenities were very good, and the unit was recently refurbished, new bathrooms etc. The view is magnificent, looking out on the Brisbane river. You also receive a weekly service where they clean your unit during your stay. The location is perfect you are right next to the city but it's not noisy and not busy as you are away from the main roads and next to the river. You have everything you need in the unit, it really is a home away from home. We fully recommend you give it a try when visiting Brisbane!

We spent 5 nights here, it’s great, don’t hesitate to book.(we travel without driving)
* clean room and bed
* well functional kitchen and laundry machines in the room.
* a structure near, but closed windows can low the noise down, we sleep well until 9am.
* customer service works well, from the first sec after I finished the booking on line.
* Easily check in even at 10pm.

Transportation
* 1 min to dockside
* every 15 min a ferry
* near to most sightseeing spots by ferry
* not far from the airport, it took us AU50 by Didi, toll involved.
* bus stops near too, but we didn’t took it.
* can walk through “Kangaroo Point Bridge” to the city centre.
* Story Bridge Side walk for people closed until late 2025. Doesn’t matter, still great!

It's so cool to have a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony. The apartment has a wonderful view of the river. In general, there are an amazing location of the apartments, about 3 min walk to ferryboat. The pedestrian bridge is also not far away. The apartment big and clear in in excellent condition. Check-in (out) are very quick. I like and recommended these appartments.

Nice and Great location within the dockside area. Fabulous for river walks and catching the ferry. Lovely staff 🙂. This apartment has all basis needs required for travel. View is superb specially during weekend with crowd gathering around

The most amazing stay. We had to find last minute accommodation after damage post Cyclone Alfred and Dockside Apartments were just awesome. Mark the staff member attended to everything with professionalism and authentic self towards us. So appreciate it Mark.

I was unfortunately delayed at work. they where in flexible, so instead of making my partner wait in the car for 5 hours for me to arrive as they wouldn't let her in. i had to cancel my planned holiday. no refunds of course or any empathy at all.

The entrance was welcoming and clean. Checkin was easy. The apartment we had was very basic and in dire need of refurbishing. Tv was practically non existant, Bathroom was really undergrade, still in the pink era of the 1970"s, pink bath, pink tiles etc. The bed was small but the room spacious. The view was spectacular though. Next time I would read the reviews before booking again, or check to see if the facilities were upgraded

Once again my stay at Dockside was made fuss free, caring and with empathy through a difficult time. Mark and his team showed a level of care, service delivery and compassion that frankly is not quantifiable. 10/10 is not enough. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable; I enjoyed watching some free movies in my limited down time. Dockside apartments and in particular Mark has redefined service. Thanks again.
