Never never book there. It's a terrible Travel Agency with terrible services. They never answer the phones, despite the fact it was a severe urgent matter. They were sent emails, phone calls. what's messages and no response. They were told it was an urgent mwdical matter, and still terrible services. Please everyone never book there.

It's hard to say a travel agent with such negative customer service qualities. I don't have enough words and stars to rate them for their utterly disappointing service. They are playing game with poor non English speaking East African countries. My humble advice is please don't be the next one.
