Highly recommend for a first dive! I got this as a present for my birthday and I was quite nervous beforehand but Jayde made sure everything went smoothly. The diving spot can be reached from the beach so we could gradually go deeper instead of jumping off a boat. For a first session we stayed 45 min immersed and went down 5 m, that was sufficient to see beautiful flora and fauna. Overall amazing experience, thank you very much Dive Eden!

Jayde is an absolute star! Communication, rented equipment and guiding was superb. I hoped to see leafy sea dragons and she did not stop searching until she had found three of these beautiful creatures! She was not afraid to go overtime for this. Jayde then even took care of the rinsing of the rental gear, so kind! Thanks so much for an amazing dive day!!!

I had an incredible experience diving with Dive Eden! From start to finish, the team was professional, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable. Our instructor, Jayde, was outstanding. Her expertise and friendly demeanour made the entire dive feel safe and enjoyable.

Jayde took the time to explain everything clearly, which was reassuring, especially for those of us who were new to the area and diving. She guided us through the dive with confidence and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.

The dive site itself was stunning, with crystal-clear waters and an abundance of marine life. It was an epic adventure, and I can’t recommend Dive Eden enough for anyone looking to explore the underwater beauty of Eden, NSW.

Our family really enjoyed our snorkel tour, thanks to Jayde’s marine biology expertise, local knowledge and making the tour suit the conditions of the day and our interests and abilities. We’ve snorkeled before but it was great to have a good guide to show us a bit of this area.

Jayde Rankin and her business Dive Eden has been amazing to me in making an old passion come back to being reality. I did my refresher course last year with Jayde and she is an amazing teacher and has given me the skills, knowledge and confidence to pursue my passion as a diver and underwater photographer!
I would recommend Jayde and Dive Eden to anyone who would love to pursue any diving discipline from Freediving courses to any high level Scuba diving course. Dive Eden is a great asset to the South Coast and the community.

I wish I had a better experience as the other reviews were great but unfortunately that was anything but the case. My husband & I reached out to them in November letting them know we would be in Eden in March on a cruise and wanted to book a dive with them. They booked a dive for the morning at 9 AM and offered to book a second one in the afternoon and still ensure we made it back to our cruise on time. Great start! A few weeks before we left for our cruise, my husband e-mailed them to ensure we were still good to go and did not receive a response. Two days before we left, we received a confirmation the dive was still on and to meet at their store. We arrived early (around 8:30 AM with the dive at 9 AM) and the shop was closed and didn't think anything of it since they were appointment only. When 9 AM rolled around, they were still no there. We called (multiple times), left voicemails, texted, & e-mailed with no response. Finally at 9:30 AM we realized the company was just not going to show up. To say we were disappointed was an understatement considering we are from the US and flew over 18 hours (not including layovers) to dive in Australia and because of this companies negligence, we didn't get the chance. I continued to call throughout the day with no luck. Seven hours later, I received a text from the company saying they went out of the country and the dive should have been canceled. I would suggest going with another dive company if you want someone who is reliable.

Dive Eden is the place to go for gear and service. Today i hired a tank and regs for a commercial dive locally. The gear is in top shape and the owner Jayde was a pleasure to work with. We will be back and well done! Phil
