Called about a package deal that was offered to book our first family holiday and spoke on the phone with the agent. She sent a link for booking which I followed and chose the dates as they were not fully set in stone. Fast forward to checking in to the hotel only to be told no of our package deal has been included which is over $350 worth of food plus other things. Tried to contact them only to be met with we will escalate to the manager and after 3 days still have no resolve. Absolutely terrible customer service and given we booked with an agent she knew we wanted the package deal and never once contacted us it. Very disappointing as we have had to cut our holiday short due to these inclusions not being received and how much extra money everything is costing.

What an amazing service! Referred by another very satisfied customer, we too were able to find a really nice apartment to suit our family's need at a hard to believe price. Extremely competitive and in fact well under what others could offer across the board. We were assisted by Bethany who was just a delight to talk with. Very efficient and pleasant. I emailed an enquiry regarding accommodation in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or anywhere near by. Being unfamiliar with the area, I hoped for some suggestions about where to go and what was family friendly. Tara rang me and was super helpful! Gave me amazing deals at beautiful accommodation in both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. She gave me ideas on what to do while we’re there. Took into account my family’s needs and the kids ages, picked brilliant places for us to stay and we had it all organized in under an hour! Awesome, brilliant, thank you. Wouldn’t book a holiday any other way.

I highly recommend you use this organisation to book your holidays with. Every person I spoke to was delightful and extremely helpful. We had an awesome week on the Gold Coast with wonderful accommodation. The grandkids loved their rooms and the swimming pools at both places. I had originally tried to book the accommodation myself and frustratingly failed. These guys are 'heaven on a stick' and I will use them from now on. Thank you heaps.

This is my second holiday booked through Discovery Queensland the accommodations they have booked for me on both occasions has been high level of quality. I have spoken to an operator by the name of Logan for both booking and have found him not only be professional but also helpful and prepared to go above and beyond for his clients. I have no problem highly recommending them to book your next Queensland holiday.
