During the pandemic, discount Air travel have been doing its best to assist Australians stuck in overseas. I think there was a great concern for their customers. In my case in Juba trying to return to Sydney, I had spent a week and half and finally the agent managed a reservation for me to come back to Australia. This was a great job done. I would probably say, “the agent care for its customers in this pandemic and as a result there was efficiency with excellent coordination and communication with total commitment in time.

My thanks for the agent, fly emirate and the Australian government for bring me back earlier. Thanks also go the quarantine team: the NSW Government, Federal government, hotel management, border protection, the army and the police in general.
