Am very happy with my experience with Direct Airport Shuttle. Introduced to them by a friend who has been using their airport transfer services for a long time.
Friends came from overseas recently and I needed to organise a mini van for airport pick up and drop off plus 2 day tours. Organised the schedules with Dee who was very helpful, friendly and catered to our needs in a very caring way. They are easy to deal with, very polite and accomodating and most importantly VERY reliable. We had Adam as our driver - he is very patient and is a very good and safe driver. Everything ran on schedule and they definitely helped make the whole trip an enjoyable one. Highly recommended.

We have been using this company for many years now and have always been very happy with them.
Once, another company dropped us the day before departure and we were informed they were well known to do this when they could have a larger group for that trip. Shuttle Direct took us with no fuss and we never looked back to use another company since.
I can see a few reviews who had bad experience but they were inform of a valid reason for it (ie: covid and road accidents)

Average service. We got to the airport on the outbound flight two hours too early because they had another drive planned and only one bus. The driver even arrived 15 minutes before scheduled pickup to squeeze in an additional drive. Mailing before to ask for a more reasonable pickup time was left unanswered.

Homebound pickup was 20 minutes delayed due to traffic. We offered to pay for tolls, but the driver argued that he knew better. We ended up using tolls roads eventually as the “better” roads turned out to be congested.

But, we got to the airport and they brought us back home as well.

Cancelled our transport from the airport 1 hour before pickup.

We texted to let them know our flight was delayed and they said that they were covid positive and can no longer take us....

Let us know earlier so we can adjust and make other plans. Not on the day of pickup. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for any company.

No other help on another driver to be provided or anything.

Would not recommend this company.
I wish I could rate in the negatives.

We made an enquiry to book for airport pickup over a week before our flight which they confirmed. Emailed them on the morning we were landing back in Sydney just to confirm everything was all sorted for pickup and received no reply. Then when we were boarding our flight I texted them to let them know our flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, and they replied minutes later saying the driver had tested positive early that afternoon and they weren’t able to get another driver. Mind you, this was at 9pm and our flight was originally set to arrive at 10:15pm so they were just planning to not show up. Not professional or reliable at all. We would have been understanding if they told us earlier but the fact that they would have just not turned up is appalling. Luckily we were able to book last minute with another company. We had two separate companies bring us to and from the airport and both ran smoothly but would absolutely never recommend direct airport shuttle to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.

Extremely unimpressed with this company. First problem we had with them was the driver telling us we were undercharged for our booking so he avoided tolls even though their website states the same price we were given. Second problem, upon arrival to the airport we discovered that two of our bags were missing after the driver insisted on placing them in the vehicle himself without our assistance. I then had to pay $138.00 for them to be picked up and delivered to the airport. Tried to contact Maggie and left a message and still no reply. To top things off, 24 hours prior to arriving back in the country, I was informed that my pick up was cancelled due to their vehicle going in for repairs even though the driver had informed me that they had 6 vans. Absolutely disgraceful business, will not be using them again.
