What a wonderful experience Brooke gave my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary. The only difficult part was choosing what to pick from the amazing menu.
Brooke catered for eight of us. The food was delicious, presented beautifully and was so high class. Such great value for the incredibly high quality.
Juliana helped and served us. She too was a delight. Brooke and Juliana worked behind us preparing the food, but you’d never know they were there until we were served and the talented chef Brooke described each of her wonderful creations.
I’m so thankful and can’t recommend this experience highly enough.

‘Dine In’ is such an exceptional service. I’m a foodie; I’ve had the luxury of enjoying many private dining experiences, and this was an absolute stand-out. If you’re having a private event and are looking for a private chef, you must Contact Brooke. Our family enjoyed a private 3 course meal with canapés. 10/10!

We held a Hens weekend at Linnaeus Farm in Berry with 14 people. Brooke blew us away with her organisation, hospitality and of course delicious food! Juliana, her assistant, also was incredibly helpful and friendly. We could all relax and enjoy the night knowing Brooke had it all under control. It was also a delight to come back to a clean kitchen with the dishwasher unloaded. Thank you Brooke and Juliana!

Dine In by Brooke Silk is an amazing offering across the northern part of the NSW South Coast. I have enjoyed a private dinner party experience at a holiday home in Gerroa and have recommended her through my business South Coast Experiences. Brooke delivers a pop up restaurant in the home with a delicious menu catered to your dietary requirements and shares her knowledge at the time of the main meal. Fuss free with no cleaning up its a wonderful South Coast Experience.

Brooke's extensive experience in the hospitality industry was evident as soon as she walked through the door. She brought with her everything that was needed in preparing a delicious five course meal, as well as a calm and confident demeanour. I didn't have to lift a finger. Brooke takes great care to source only the freshest ingredients complemented by carefully considered and innovative flavour combinations.
