Most of the world’s luxury brands have a space here at T Galleria and both retail and duty free shopping are available. For duty free prices, passport and proof of international tickets must be presented. Open 7 days a week. Paid parking is available and also a short stroll from Circular Quay transport hub.

This is the worst shopping experience that I have ever seen in my life. Especially the sales from Dior. They are the boss of the shopping center and waiting for the customer to serve them, feel so arrogance and no patience at all. Won't be there any more.

The staff need to be trained on customer service. I was in the store earlier today in the cosmetic section, there was 3 ladies working in the section however my presence was ignored by all of them. The ladies enjoyed chatting away and fixing themselves up in the mirror well not only ignoring me but also another customer in the section. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store, I’d recommend visiting lotte in the city to do duty free shopping they have lovely staff!
