Detours are amazing from customer service to beautiful and comfortable coaches/mini buses! The drivers were super lovely!

Very high quality service and support from top notch drivers. Booked for a pub crawl, first night on the job, “Trip” helped us choose our locations and was very laxed with the noise and alcoholic behavioural choices of some guests. All in all excellent services and really understanding and comprehensive service, will definitely be booking again.

Detours Coaches Townsville were fantastic for Pink Concert in Townsville on Friday night. They managed to get us on to a mini bus at Annandale Friday night. Thanks so much Ron for going the extra mile to fit three extra passengers on. Coach service was wonderful to and from Concert.

Do not use Detour Coaches. I brought a delegation of 30 VIPs from Brisbane to Townsville for 2 days. The air-conditioning in the coach was not working and our guests were really uncomfortable. We tried to raise the issue with Ron our driver. He showed no interest in getting it fixed. I will never use Detour again.
