I was initially quite skeptical about booking with Designer Journeys. It almost seemed too good to be true, but after taking the plunge and booking our itinerary, I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations.

We changed our itinerary multiple times before the trip, and each time, we were accommodated swiftly without any hassle. A special shoutout to Hai, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His responsiveness and ability to adapt to our requests were truly impressive. Even once we were overseas, we needed a few last-minute adjustments—such as a hotel upgrade and rescheduling a city tour to an earlier date. Hai handled everything so quickly and effortlessly.

The communication was seamless, and we felt so secure throughout our travels. Every private driver showed up right on time, with no delays whatsoever. It gave us such peace of mind, knowing everything was being managed so efficiently.

This holiday was genuinely the most special trip my sister and I have ever taken, one that we will cherish for a lifetime. Designer Journeys provided 10/10 service, and we’ll absolutely be booking with them for every trip from now on.

We were a group of 11 traveling to Vietnam for the first time. Our local agent Xuyen was fabulous. She helped planned our itinerary, activities and accommodated all our changes. She responded to all our queries however trivial. I do not think she ever slept! Responses were almost immediate.
We had absolutely no issues at any of our stops or activities. Xuyen provided all the support even when we were in Vietnam and helped with checking in for our internal flights to providing us with shopping suggestions.

I must also make mention of our wonderful and funny guide in Hochimingh and surrounds , Long. Long thought of every detail on our long bus journeys and kept us entertained and educated with Vietnam’s history and culture.

We will definitely use designer journeys again. Thank you team for making it all happen

My partner and I have got back from a fantastic 19 day Delhi Rajasthan tour with this company. All our accommodation was very good and food in all hotels excellent.We have only praise for how well organised everything was and how fabulous all our guides were in each city. All our guides spoke English well and were very knowledgeable of history at all our sights. We had some very fun and interesting conversations with some that I will always remember. We are particularly grateful for our driver Mehendra who spent 18 days driving us. He is a lovely man, with a sweet personality and a great conversationalist. He also had lots of local knowledge which was very useful to us. We enjoyed our time with him very much. Highly recommend this company if you want to have a fabulous holiday in India.

I used Tripfuser for part of a family trip to Greece. It was fantastic to have a person on the ground arrange a number of private and personalized tours with local guides. Highlights for us were having an archaeologist takes us through the ruins of Olympus and a local Olive Oil Processor give us a tour of Olive Groves, Oil manufacturing and tasting in Kalamata. It was fantastic. Communication was great, particularly once we were on the ground in Greece.
