Absolutely unimpressed with the recent Bathurst Christmas markets and expo put on by Designer Events. The show setup was appalling with almost no coordination around stand placement. The stand that was offered to us during the first discussion was nothing like what we received. We where placed in an obscure position with absolutely ZERO foot traffic. The entire Saturday we had exactly 36 people through our stand. This prompted us to call it a day and pack up and return to Gosford on Saturday night. We have wasted almost $2000.00 on what was promised a good prospect. I believe that Designer events needs to continue to concentrate on markets and swap meets and not get involved in events that are above their capability.
