Sam was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Even before I placed my booking, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, tailoring the pick-up and drop-off times to suit our custom itinerary. On the day, Sam was punctual, friendly, and a great conversationalist, making the journey even more enjoyable. He also offered some excellent recommendations that really enhanced our experience in the Hunter Valley. We were so glad that we booked Designated Driver for our weekend in the Hunter Valley! Martelle was amazing! From the time we booked she made suggestions on planning our day and where we should visit. She picked us up from our accommodation with a smile and had a great playlist on for our drive around. We had a bit of time between some of our bookings and she suggested extra stops for us along the way. We were taken back to our accommodation to freshen up before she picked us up again to take us to our dinner reservation.
