Stonewalled my brother in laws right to impartially, equal treatment under the law, and right to due process for long enough for his ex partner to move interstate before he had any chance to build a meaningful relationship with his baby girl. He raised a complaint against child protection due to their governance failures and now they are trying to fob him off because “it’s now outside our jurisdiction”

Now his daughter has been essentially abducted, and he has been denied his right to be a father, due to the incompetence of this organisation. Imagine the outrage and immediate police response if he had been the one doing the abducting. The mother is a mentally unstable narcissist with a dangerous stepfather “but the child is in no immediate danger” ‼️

This organisation is a disgrace and rigged against the fathers no wonder men are checking out and taking the red pill.

Box hill housing - The people in the office are ignoring calls and have been for 2 days. I attended he Box Hill office to let them know on 17/02/2025 that I rang 4 times and received a "we are unable to take your call at this time" message. Tried calling again today and received the same message. Do better.

The promise me that will help me look for accommodation while I was homeless and pregnant they're turned around and said it's not their job to help me which was a lie that said they were there to help me but all they did was criticise me put me down, what happened to DHS funding money don't they have that anymore can't they offer hotels for homeless single parents? I also have kidney disease I cannot drink heavily I am autistic and I have to leave my baby 5 weeks in hospital because she was a primary test I was over simulating apparently that makes you on drugs.
I think DHS don't know what they're doing and need to go back and get educated in disabilities

One very disorganised company that don't do the right thing by the child or the kingship perants but you can guarantee they line there own pockets first the people in charge should look out for the best interest of the child they just dont

Took me away when I was 9 from abusive parent but left my 6 year old brother there put me in state care where I suffered more physical and mental abuse then I did with family it is a truly horrendous organisation they rip families apart to “help “ them but instead causes more emotional and physical abuse that no person should ever suffer

When I Was 16 years rip my baby brother out my arms never got to see him again and now casuing problems for my baby and I. All they done is casuing me mental health issue and make my trauma worse for me when remove me out my home when i was 16 the closed the case and abandon me in the world without any help and expect me to suirirve on my own. Great job for looking out for me when I was teenage. NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM I am austistic and blunty honest I be approved to look after to others people kids in dhs custody before I am house cleaner with police check and working with children and apparently a Danger to my own children, should be shout down and investigate all yhe care about is a pay check not ghe safely of the children

Tried to get basic general information and instead they sent me through to an answering service, twice!
