Rustic, but we stayed 10 days, and lived our stay there. Quiet, easy walk to the Exchange Pub, highly recommend a visit.
There’s a laundry, and a clothesline, complete with pegs, which was a bonus as I forgot mine. There’s two areas where you can sit and socialise if you wish, and a bbq.
My favourite was the En-Suite, plenty of room, very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. When you travel around, having your own toilet and shower is the height of luxury!
Will definitely return, thanks Steve for a very positive stay.
Just an Add on-over a year later, second stay of 12 days this time, chose to return, just as happy as the first time 😊

Cabins are a little aged, but very warm and comfortable at a great price

Great find. Affordable and clean stop over… stayed here with our caravan it has ensuite with the site. Nothing fancy but it was practical and clean. The caretaker was very nice and friendly. washing machines and dryer worked great… The RSL was a short walk down the street, nice meals provided .

I chose here because of the price, so our expectations weren't great but I think both of us would agree that it was a great stop off. There aren't many caravan powered sites at the park and every one of them is an ensuite site. While not fancy the park was clean and neat, the amenities were clean and in good condition. The service was good and the manager was friendly and of course the price was excellent. Highly recommended and it will be our stay of choice when returning to Deniliquin.

This is the most dirtiest place I have ever stayed. There was a few of us staying in cabins there. There is mould in every cabin. I as well as a work colleague both got sick there from the mould and filth. Clothes dryer takes about 4 hrs to dry yr clothes. Rooms rarely serviced. Dangerous back yard wiring. Extension cords laying in wet mud. How this place is still operating is beyond me. |If if work safe and the health department got called I am pretty sure the place would be shut down. |I strongly advise you avoid staying here for your own health and safety.

What a great little place to stay. Steve at reception was a great help for info around town. Our caravan site had a lovely clean ensuite. Beautiful bird life, RSL over the road and a quick walk to Deni Bowls Club which has some of the best Chinese ever. Cheers Steve, we will be back.

Basic and older accommodation, good price and Oppisite RSL for dinner. Main toilet had no toilet paper or soap and old skid marks and signs up about covid hygiene. Maybe a good idea to clean and supply basic hygiene items instead of signs.
