I had a cruise booked direct with RC which we did during our last cruise a few weeks ago. The cruise was to New Zealand on Dec 1st. I contacted Sharon from Deluxe Travel & Cruise and we got almost the same balcony cabin on the same cruise for almost $1200 less than RC. I was blown away. I am more than happy to forfeit my original $200 deposit made with RC.

The Carnaval Flash Back Cruise - 30 Oct to 7 Nov was so good for two reasons. 1. The Live bands, musicians, singers comedians and overall talent. 2. The staff on board all cared and actually worked from the heart. Thank you.

We had the best experience with Ainsley that we could possibly wish for. We booked a music cruise along with another couple & of course we has a million questions which were never too much trouble & she got back to us always on the same day. We had the unfortunate problem of an unexpected hospital visit that clashed with the dates & I cannot thank Ainsley enough for her support with the cancellation.
