Nathanael is the most honest, reliable, and hardworking property manager one could ask for. In the face of devastating blackwater contamination throughout my apartment, he went above and beyond to support me through every step of the restoration process.

Much of what he did was well beyond his responsibilities and should have been handled by strata, yet Nathanael stepped in with compassion, efficiency, and tireless follow-up to get the matter addressed urgently.

Beyond this major issue, Nathanael consistently goes the extra mile. He personally writes and puts up delivery notices asking couriers to leave parcels with him so that he can keep them safe and secure for residents—a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that ensures nothing gets lost or stolen. He also responds promptly (even outside of hours), helps facilitate smooth move-ins, and is always friendly, approachable, and transparent.

During an incredibly chaotic and stressful time, Nathanael was the only consistent and reliable point of contact I had, and I’m truly grateful for his help and care throughout the entire process.

Delux Building Management Group recently took over the management of our building in Carlingford, and I must say, their service has been exceptional.

Today (Sunday afternoon), our lift broke down, and I immediately reached out to Nathan, the building manager. He responded to my email in less than five minutes, and within 30 minutes, a technician was on-site. The issue was resolved swiftly and efficiently.

Nathan is very proactive and responsive; he looks after the owner's interests, even in small matters like collecting and safely storing parcels. The hot water system broke down yesterday, and he promptly got the plumber onsite and sent out updates every few hours. With Nathan's coordination, we had the hot water back by evening. We are located in the East Side Garden of Eastwood, and we want to express our sincere appreciation for our building manager, Mr Justin Lee. Over the weekend, we experienced a serious ceiling water leakage issue. Despite it being outside regular hours, Justin promptly took our calls and addressed the situation with his expertise and sound judgment.

He immediately arranged for a technical team to inspect the issue the very next day, and thanks to his swift action, the problem was resolved within just two hours. Our business operations were not affected, and Justin even took the time from his busy schedule to follow up on the progress.

Honi Gurung is in his own tier in building management. I've never had such a brilliant experience with any professional.
Recently our lifts went out, and what usually would have been a stressful situation was surprisingly met with ease. Not only did Honi give us continuous and clear updates, but he personally ran groceries and deliveries up to those who couldn't make the many stairs down, and as someone with a baby and a toddler, that was a real lifesaver.
This isn't the first time that Honi has provided quick resolutions or gone above and beyond to help for any issues that arise. Day or night, you're sure to get a quick response and an efficient solution which shows he genuinely cares about his buildings.
He truly excels at his job and is by far the best building manager I've met 👏
