We went to UK late last year. We tried booking our flights ourselves and frankly it was too much trouble. We approached several agents in Melbourne but their charges both open and underhand were a big turn off. We came back home to Monty and went into our local travel agents. We assumed they were basically a Greek Travel Agents but we decided to chat with them. They laid out their charges upfront and continued to find the airline, the best times that suited us and made it straightforward. When we had an emergency with my partners family and she had to change her flight , it was done quickly seamlessly and without additional charges. Eve is our travel agent who we have been using for a few years now, I can’t recommend Delta travel any higher than a 5 star travel agent, they go above and beyond booking our holidays , Eve has great advice, gives her honest opinion and treats us with kindness and care. Last year was my first trip to Europe, Eve was absolutely amazing, we only gave her 4 weeks notice, she worked day and night (literally) to organise our 6 week trip, from planes, trains, hotels, transfers and everyday a tour. It was a full on trip but so well organised by Eve, highly recommend and can’t wait to book this Year’s trip through Delta Holidays again.
