We stayed at this lovely property overlooking serene vistas and gorgeous sunsets for three nights. Sitting on the verandah outside our beautifully decorated and spacious room was just so relaxing. Peta (host and owner) was very gracious and couldn't have been more helpful to get us situated in the local area to enjoy our time in the region.... and the breakfasts each morning were delicious. Thank you again Peta for making our stay so special and enjoyable.

While vacationing in Victoria we decided to get out of Melbourne for a night and head up to the Yarra Valley. We were the only guests that night and Peta took good care of us. Even had a red rose in the room and she let me take credit for it being there. We had a room in the main house with beautiful views over the valley. The room was large and very comfortable. We ended up having a picnic dinner on the verandah with a wonderful bottle of wine we had picked up. Breakfast the next morning was great. All in all, a great pick which earned me full marks on Valentines Day. Thanks Peta!

A lovely property with stunning outlook. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The room included a TV and DVD player, ducted heating/cooling, a separate walk in robe and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it was country quiet, a great contrast from the incessant noise of living in the city. The fine paint work on the ceiling roses was impressive as was the attention to detail in the room. Not sure about the display of shoes and handbags but I probably wasn't the target market. Peta was hospitable and I would like to revisit the property when I had more time to enjoy the amenity on offer.

Thank you Matt for a wonderful stay. Your hospitality and great attitude were one of a kind. Our weekend at the Deloraine was pleasurable and one that we will never forget. Alongside, our beautiful friend's wedding, it was so welcoming, relaxed and accomodating up on the hills. To be honest out of all the venues we've been so far, we have never witnessed an owner to be so down to earth, relaxed and always happy to help. A special thanks to Cory as well at the bar, who had a great attitude and serve us with a smile. Thank you guys for a wonderful and memerable time. Wish you all the best ahead

Deloraine Homestead is a beautiful home operating as a B&B right in the heart of the Yarra Valley.||Our host Peta, was very gracious in welcoming us into her home.||We stayed while in the area to attend A Day on the Green at Rochford Winery.||Peta even arranged for transportation to and from Rochford by local operator Jeff Gill.||This home is beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and heritage fittings. Quirky touches throughout with a shoe theme. An excellent full English breakfast topped off the experience.||An absolute credit to you Peta!

Peta is very accommodating and very welcoming, both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome and drink to enjoy on the balcony watching the sunset. breakfast was delicious, the vibe was serene and relaxing.

Stayed at Peta’s beautiful property for one night and wish it could have been longer. When we drove up the driveway and saw the homestead we couldn’t believe our luck as it was a last minute find and we really didn’t know what to expect. Peta’s home is absolutely stunning, inside and out, and is set in a beautiful location overlooking green hills with mountains in the distance. Would love to stay here again. Thanks for everything Peta.

Our employer treated us to a high tea in this magnificent home. The food was all homemade by Peta and delicious. We even had our own personal butler....great touch. Peta our hostess and owner of Deloraine Homestead was very welcoming and I felt totally at ease. I highly recommend the experience of Deloraine Homestead to all.
