You just know the second you walk into a hotel that it’s going to be good or bad and DECO was an excellent experience from the get go.

It felt like home away from home and the unique extras were such a gift for us as we were celebrating our anniversary .

The Inroom dinner service was very good and well displayed, good timing and very pleasant team member. Aways smiling no matter which area of the hotel you were in.

There are two EV charging ports with a third party activation App. Parking spots are very big and spacious too. You would need to charge for a couple of hours to full. Remember to remove once charged as the charges are exorbitant in idle state.

The room was an excellent choice with a balcony and beautiful bathroom layout. I enjoyed the modern use of digital lighting and curtain closing wall pads. Although wished we had more lighting options for different moods.

Lovely view from the balcony and it’s a good thing that the sliding door was triple glazing so it literally kept the noise out.

I would probably ask to look at the cooling system as it got rather warm at night and no way of cooling it other than the noisy split unit.

All in all, brekkie was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Would recommend and even go back again.

An excellent hotel - very good value for money. I thought I would pay a lot more to spend the night here! The room was very comfortable and modern; the breakfast buffet was good; and the staff were all very helpful. I will be back and I will recommend this hotel to others.

Great room; good size and fitted out well. Excellent value for what you pay. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. If I had to add one little gripe, the breakfast spread was good but didn't change over the week.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. the room was so clean and has everything we need. the mattress and pillows are so comfortable! Book directly from the hotel is the best option to receive complimentary parking for our stay! ||we will definitely come back for a stay at Deco

We found the Deco Hotel Canberra to be an excellent place to stay. We booked a one bedroom apartment and when we arrived the staff greeted us with a smile on their face, very polite and explained everything. By booking direct with them you have free parking on the premises which was great. |The apartment was lovely, clean and the lights and curtains are all operated by an electronic panel. The kitchen had a two hotplate cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, small fridge and plates, cutlery and pots. |It only takes 3-5 minutes drive to the centre of Canberra shops.|I will be staying here again.

I’ve stayed at The Deco several times and the stay has always been wonderful. I’ve always had a room facing Northbourne Avenue which is very busy but never had any trouble with traffic or other noise. ||The beds are super comfy as are the pillows, linen and couch. It’s my little home away from home where I enjoy the shower with both rain head and also hand shower, and there is always plenty of hot water.||A comfy couch, big TV, balcony with outdoor setting, mood lighting, views to the hills beyond, plenty of storage, fridge, pod coffee machine, secured parking and tasteful decor makes my stay here just perfect.||Room service has been great and last weekend I ate in the restaurant. Great menu and enjoyed the food served but staff could have been more attentive. ||I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Great accomodation- really well appointed rooms with plenty of space and all the little extras. Located within easy walking distance (or you can hop on the light rail which is located just 1min away) of the city centre, bars and restaurants. I have stayed here twice and will happily stay here again.

Beautifully clean and modern hotel. Large bathroom with rainwater shower head. We loved the Art Deco style! Very accessible location, we were able to catch the light rail directly to the centre of town for a night out on the town. Loved the automatic curtains with block-out light, and the view of the trees with the setting sun. Very comfy bed!
