I went into the store on Saturday 14th Jan,hoping to see if the dress I saw online was available, thankfully it was, it was obvious I was looking around hoping to get some service and saw the 2 female staff members chatting and ignoring me.
Funny enough I tried to get a casual job with decjuba a few years ago, but maybe they didn’t accept older experienced retail workers or maybe they preferred the younger ones who don’t care these days.
But I will never step foot again at that store ever again.

This is for all stores not just one, beware ladies you can only exchange here within 7 days. That’s absolutely crazy. So 3 weeks later I pulled out a top tried it on and it didn’t fit. I went back and they wouldn’t exchange it, even though they still sell the top. That just doesn’t want me to buy in there stores.

The customer service is so bad the 3 ladies are working there they so rude, everything I told them they said this not our job. I just want to no if they're not their job and not serving the customer than why they are working and getting paid.
