Guy and Mark are fantastic! They installed a couple data cables around our home for better wifi and phone line access. They also did some trench work to install a data conduit through to our granny flat. Booking the job was easy and communication was great. They're very informative and explain everything clearly. Data Cable Guy is quick, fast and efficient. I called Guy to set up an new internet port connection in one of the room. Guy came to do the work and after some critical thinking provided me further options that could help enhance how network is connected in the entire house.

Additionally when climbing onto the roof to do cabling to install the new port. Guy notice one of my roof tiles was broken and replaced it with spare roof tiles he saw sitting in my garage. I had a design in mind before talking to Guy and he and I worked together to optimise it for my home.
Guy and Mark arrived as per planned and completed the cable roughing and termination in my double storey home, with about 8 cable runs being completed.
They were very efficient and walked me through everything that had been done and cleaned up at all installation points throughout the home.

We had problems with our homes Internet and Wifi due to being a Double storey home. Now we have all our data points working from our Garage to our TV’s etc.. directly connected and a new Wireless access point to improve the Wifi speed throughout the house downstairs and upstairs we had a new router installed in our office area for our Computer and Wifi.

We are now getting the speeds that we were paying for where prior to our Internet was slow.

I would highly recommend Guy and Mark as they are professionals at what they do and we are very happy to have chosen the right company.

Cannot thank Guy and Mark enough for all their help!! I spoke with Guy over the phone about an issue with our internet and data cables that we were having for 2 weeks after being affected by a storm power outage. Guy was so lovely to deal with and gave his thoughts about the problem over the phone. Within a few hours, Mark came over and fixed the problem within not even a few minutes!! He even gave us some tips on how to get a faster internet connect through our tv’s and stayed until we made sure that our wifi connected to our phones, tv’s and even our cameras which had all not been working previously. Will recommend them to anyone needing any kind of data electrical help and will definitely be calling them again if we need anything else in the future.
