Drove down to get these pistachio donuts and boy was I not disappointed! The lady serving me was lovely and we had a little laugh while I was ordering. Very happy with the flavour, so full of pistachio cream and by far the better tasting pistachio donut I've had thus far!

Horrible Service
Two not so smart girls served
One appeared to be of Asian descent, and the other seemed to be of Macedonian background. I was initially served by the girl of Macedonian background, who took my order but then abruptly left to serve another customer. When I questioned her about it, she didn’t offer an apology and instead tossed my order toward me without a word.
I briefly left to attend to my children in the car, then returned to ask how I could make a formal complaint. At this point, the girl of Asian background and mixed-race girl told me they were "too young" to give out their names, yet clearly old enough to be working unsupervised. Reason for asking her name was to lodge complaint. The mixed-race girl was particularly disrespectful—raising her voice at me without understanding that she was the reason for the entire episode. When I responded firmly, both girls started playing victims and were totally unaware how to manage customers in a mature manner.
No one offered an apology at any point, as they clearly didn’t understand but only kept saying they are tooo young.
Please don’t hire 16 year olds if they believe they are to young. Also they should not be left unsupervised as they clearly were extremely incompetent serving customers as they please without following a queue.
Everyone should be served as per queue and proper procedure should be in place to lodge a complaint. Whole episode could have been avoided if only girls knew that customers have right to complain and not a general complaint but specific complaint. I was unhappy with the mixed race girl but both girls failed to guide how complaint can be lodged, they became defensive and shouted instead of handling situation wisely. Clearly they shouldn’t work unsupervised, rather they should not work at all as they are too young. Loved Daniel’s Donuts but after this experience would never return to this place and will certainly spread the word.

Wow first time seeing Daniel’s donuts in Taylor’s hill yesterday 😍
I was so happy telling to my husband “wow look at Daniel’s donuts here let’s go get some donuts” my husband probably thought I never ate donuts before 🤣🤣🤣
Good donuts it was night almost close time donuts wasn’t that fresh but still happy to see 🍩🍦☕️🧁🍪

I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the manager with glasses during my recent visit.
The interaction lacked warmth and professionalism, as the manager did not offer a greeting and instead simply asked, "What do you want?"
While we all experience difficult days, it is important not to let personal frustration affect customer service.
I will not be returning in the future.

So happy we finally have Daniel's Donuts near us now. Their selection is to die for. The prices are very reasonable and their quality is amazing. Staff was also very friendly.

Was at coles checkouts about 9:49pm tonight when I realised I had wanted some donuts. Only to walk past and see the lady emptying donuts in the bin before 10pm. Looks like the workers here pioritise going home rather than being open and serving the time YOUR website says so. Dissapointed.

I love love love everything about this place and I’m so glad we have one near home but we are moving and there are plenty of vacant shops down in Bacchus Marsh and I’m more than happy to run it 🤭 Milkshakes are by FAR the BEST I’ve had and even my kids love them. Donuts especially the jam and cream and the custard YUM YUM YUM is all I can say so PLEASE setup shop on the Marsh we need a donut place as we only have donut king 😞
