After having experienced the delights of Dalton Catering at 2 previous events hosted by others, I decided to engage them for them my own function in June '24. Even though we provided them very short notice, they accepted immediately. The planning and choices were easily worked through and the event was a huge success with everyone enjoying the fine food and service. Thank you very much to the whole Team!

That was the best food I have ever had in my entire life. My aunt organised the catering for my grandmothers 80th birthday, and we had the beef, chicken, potatoes and more. The chicken was the most tender, well seasoned, incredible meal I have ever had in my entire life. Genuinely could not stop thinking about it, and I personally preferred it to the wagyu beef (though most people would disagree). The potatoes were probably my favourite part of the meal, they had a crispy shell and mashed potatoes piped inside. The mashed potatoes were so flavourful and had truffle, it was divine. If I could choose, this would be my last meal. The service was great and the staff was nice, but genuinely the best food of my life.

We cannot thank Jerome and the team at Dalton Catering enough for catering our wedding in May for 70 guests. Jerome was always helpful and quick to respond from the very beginning and very accommodating with all our changes. We had a grazing table and fire dome to cook chicken stuffed with bacon and thyme and whole Black Angus Sirloin with vege. Our guests still rave that this was the best beef they have ever had! The food was delicious!! I would highly recommend Dalton Catering.
