Our wedding at Hedsor House was an absolute dream, and we owe so much of that to Dale. From the very beginning, I was anxious about planning such an important day from California, but Dale immediately put my worries to rest. He made everything feel so effortless, like we were all on the same page, and he went out of his way to meet with us weekly during his evening due to the time difference to make sure we stayed on track with our timeline. His kindness, patience, and expertise were invaluable. Dale was the best investment we made for our wedding!

Thanks to Dale, the day was beyond beautiful—better than we ever could have imagined. From the breathtaking florals (he mocked up the design!) to the smallest table details, everything was perfect. Our guests were in awe of how stunning the day was, and many mentioned how lovely Dale was, offering to help with drinks or anything they needed. He made everyone feel so taken care of.

For someone as type-A as I am, I was amazed at how relaxed I felt throughout the entire process, knowing I could trust Dale completely. In the end, we didn’t just have the perfect wedding—we gained a friend. We will forever be grateful to Dale and cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a wedding planner who will bring your vision to life with heart and dedication.

Thank you to Dale and Rachael for organising and running our special day, it was a dream come true. We worked with Dale for over 2 years, throughout the entire time Dale and his team communicated with us regularly, answered all our questions and helped us navigate any obstacles. Even when we had to change venues part way through planning, Dale kept us calm and put us at ease that everything would be okay.

Dale’s contacts and connections really helped bring our ideas to reality, it is clear he is highly respected in the wedding industry and the ultimate professional. In the build up, Dale went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect experience; from extra on site meetings, digital illustrations to help us visualise the final look to helping family members pull off surprises for us.

Both us and our guests are still in awe at the venue decoration, our guests audibly gasped when they walked in, and have since been referring to the wedding as the Wedding of the Year! The florals in particular were a masterpiece as you can see on the pictures(Photography by Capture my Big Day), created by Red Floral based on Dale’s expert brief.

We both had complete trust in Dale on the day, he was with us from first thing in the morning until the last guest went home, he ensured everything ran to time on the day and created the ultimate event plan (9 pages and counting!). Dale worked really hard with our suppliers to bring personal touches to the day; such as sourcing Manx Queenies with our caterers, developing a custom cocktail with the bar team and personal decorations on the wedding cake.

After doing a lot of research, I booked Dale originally to do the “on the day” coordinating of our wedding but after all of his advice and support leading up to the big day, we decided to bring him on board early to help plan and manage the last four months leading up to the wedding - and I can say with confidence that this was the best decision we made! Dale swooped in and made the planning so easy and seamless (particularly after I was trying to do it all myself!). Dale helped with selecting all creative details like the table settings, floral arrangements and all the little details to bring my vision to life, and I really commend him for that because I could be a bit unclear sometimes with what I was thinking in my head and he always understood what I meant and translated it to all of our suppliers! When we walked into the reception, I was completely blown away with how amazing everything looked. Dale also helped with adding many meaningful touches to our wedding - like having a a cute vintage red bus that took our guests to/from the church and adding lilac candles to our table settings - which really added to the whole day and made everything so special and that our guests really appreciated. He also helped manage our budget and gave us some really great advice on cost savings throughout the process, which was really helpful.

Leading up to the big day, Dale would check in with us on a gradually increasing basis, giving us updated to do lists and helping prioritize what needed to be done in the upcoming weeks and then days leading up to the wedding (which ensured we actually got everything done!). He seamlessly took over all coordination and planning with our numerous suppliers, which I hugely appreciated (particularly leading up to the wedding). He also created a detailed timeline which was incredibly helpful to all parties involved.

On the day, Dale and Rachel executed our wedding to perfection - it was everything I had hoped for and more! One of the biggest (and honestly, most important) things that Dale and Rachel did for us was create the most stress-free and relaxing environment for the big day. We completely trusted them to manage everything, and on the day, my now husband and I were able to totally relax and enjoy every amazing moment.

The whole day ran smoothly and without any hitch, and I have had several of our guests tell me that our wedding was the most beautiful and well done wedding they had ever been to.

I cannot recommend Dale and Rachel enough! I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without his and Rachel’s help, and I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out.

Wow, what a whirlwind it was! Dale & Emily managed to pull off an event that spanned five venues and lasted seventeen hours and made it seem effortless — they were able to anticipate our every need. What could have been pure chaos was orchestrated perfectly and was the most magical day, all thanks to their grace, tireless dedication, and incredible attention to detail.

I wish I could give Dale 10 stars! From the moment we had our first meeting with Dale, it was clear that we were dealing with an incredibly knowledgable, professional, and capable person who is fantastic at his job, and cares deeply about his clients.

We only had 4 months to plan our wedding (in Cheshire, England) from our home in California, and Dale was with us every step of the way with great ideas, calm guidance and an indefatigable sense of joy and a can-do attitude.

Between international travel logistics, concerns over Covid, and less than 4 months to plan, there were multiple times we weren’t sure we’d be able to have a wedding day at all, let alone the wedding of our dreams.

Dale understood what was important to us as a couple, and was determined to make it happen, including last minute changes and advocating for us all the way with suppliers.

Our wedding day was literally perfect and beyond our wildest dreams. Multiple guests have told us it was one of the most beautiful and romantic weddings they’ve ever been to, and we couldn’t agree more.

My husband and I cannot thank Dale enough for everything he did for our perfect wedding. He is by far the best wedding planner around. We had continuous heart ache during covid having to rearrange our wedding three times. Dale could not have done more for us to make it work, every detail was perfect, he made our dreams come true despite everything and we could not have done it without him.
When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. That's because I had full trust in Dale to execute all the details. Not only did he execute... he went above and beyond our expectations! He has impeccable taste and an eye for detail, his vision and creativity is just incredible, he enabled us to have things at our wedding I never thought would be possible. Nothing was ever too big.

I can't impress enough how professional and superb Dale is at his job, and if you are to plan an event or Wedding, your first job should be to employ him, as it will save you a lot of worry and anxiety in the long run, leaving you to just enjoy the event.

He knows exactly what he is doing and has a very keen eye for the details that all add up to a spectacular event. He also has great ideas, which not only come from his experience but also how creative he is.

Finally, on the day of the event he is the coolest person at the venue, and deals with everything with a calm authority, which is exactly what is required.

A lovely guy, I enjoyed working with him a lot through the whole process, not just on the day, but in the planning as well.
