Stayed here for a wedding and we were offered a free upgrade to the apartment with a private pool and sauna. It was beyond beautiful. From the views to the service! We were served breakfast at exactly 9.30am as requested and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and to enjoy the room and views more.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this place. Kim's generosity was truly remarkable as she upgraded our room to one with a pool view for free ($100 expensivethan our reservatio). The room was not only spacious but also clean, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding farms. The room had a dry sauna, made our stay special. We had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our time there, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We recommend this place, and it's no wonder why everyone gives it a 5-star rating—they truly deserve it!

I stayed at Dalblair a few years ago with a group of girlfriends. Kim was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. I returned last week with my husband, and it was so nice to see Kim and see all the changes she has made. The manicured gardens are spectacular, surrounded by the Yarra Valley views. We stayed in Waters Edge, it is so spacious and filled with quality decor and linen. Kim has a great eye for design....
I am already looking forward to returning again in 2022.

Our third stay at Dalblair Bed & Breakfast in late November was absolutely sensational! The property is spectacular - the grounds are beautiful and incredibly well maintained and the views over the valley are stunning!||We stayed in the Waters Edge suite and would highly recommend it. It's luxurious, modern and clean and no detail has been spared! It features a beautiful, comfy bed; relaxing sitting area with TV; kitchen facilities; a sauna and has direct access to the gorgeous pool.||Kim is such a generous and thoughtful host - it's clear that she goes out of her way to ensure that guests have an incredible experience and nothing is too much trouble!

Beautiful spot with a lovely host. Kim is so accommodating, the view is amazing and the animals around just make for the most relaxing stay with a greatbreakfast. My friend and I didn't want to leave! Also close to lovely wineries and walks. As soon as I drove in the gate, I dreamed of being able to live there! If you want to have time to wind down, this is your spot.

We had the most wonderful stay here for 1 night. The room was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, the views were stunning, the homemade breakfast was delicious, and to our surprise in the morning a beautiful peakcock was outside on the porch! To top it off was the fantastic host Kim. We will be back!

We had the most relaxing night and a beautiful, fresh breakfast delivered to our room in the morning! Kim went about and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
