I purchased some balloons for my daughters 4th birthday and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He entertained my little ones with a balloon each and made the birthday girl feel very special. Says items are in stock online when they are not. You place your order and then they cancel and refund - but it still says available on the website … don’t trust their stock levels .

Nice to find a local party store and the owner was great to talk to. Spent $70 buying 3 helium balloons mid afternoon only to find that one of the numbers didn’t even last 12 hours, so we had a deflated number 2 when my daughter got up to her 21st balloons the following morning. A week later and the number 1 is still going strong, as well as the other balloon I purchased.
