Came for my Indian friend's birthday party. Queue up at the pier. Finally, on board. Going upstairs and downstairs as no idea what I could do. Not very spacious inside. Queue up again for a drink either upper or lower level. My friend paid a lump sum and they prepared all the decorations and food.
The staff were friendly. On the cruise, they would ask if anyone looked like unwell. They brought some finger food before buffet, but didn't what it was until we ate.

Went on wine tasting tour up the Swan River. Food OK but definitely biased towards carnivores. Sufficient vegetarian offerings for us though. Winery interesting but the Pièce de résistance was the crew! From Skipper, Lauren and Aleysia(?) they made the whole tour so very enjoyable. The cabaret especially so. Lots of talent.
We've used Crystal Swan before and will doubtless do so again when we next visit Perth.
Soon we'll be back in UK winter but many thanks for making us feel very special.

Had a cruise last Friday on the crystal swan. The Ship is a quirky glass cube, Very high quality food and staff were always around making sure everyone was having a great time. The bars kept pouring drinks and made sure a surplus was always there to grab. Downstairs there was also a bar with lots of drinks and a dance floor with continuous music. there were plenty of balconies to look out on. Overall 11/10 Will go again next year. I had my 60th birthday party aboard the Crystal Swan on the weekend. It was brilliant! Everything from the initial enquiries with Tam the Event Organiser, to Louise the event host on the day, the food, the wait and bar staff and the boat itself!
We had cocktail food, which Tam helped us to select and it was perfect. Just the right amount - as we had an after lunch cruise, so just needed nibbles. Louise the event host went out of her way to make sure my guests with special dietary requirements were personally looked after. Bar staff were friendly and attentive.
We didn't bother with decorations, as the boat is beautiful and the scenery is stunning - cruising up and down the swan river.
I had a local live band on board for the entertainment - which was fantastic. I knew I wanted a band on board, and the Crystal Swan was really the only one that suited this requirement. Anyone not wanting to dance could be upstairs and chat, mingle and watch the beautiful river and city cruise by.
The day was magical. Thank you to all involved at the Crystal Swan for making the day a resounding success 🙂

We recently had our daughter's 18th birthday party on the Crystal Swan and could not have been happier with the service we received. From the initial contact, Tam was responsive, helpful, accommodating and made the whole process so easy to negotiate. The staff liaised with external providers such as the DJ and the decor company and saved me so much work. On the day, the crew were just fantastic- they waited for two guests to arrive before leaving the jetty. Louise the crew manager handled everything so efficiently that I could actually relax and enjoy the party. All our guests had the best time and were well looked after by the crew. The food and drinks were plentiful and provided great value for the price. My daughter said this is the best party we've ever had and it was because of this beautiful venue and wonderful staff. We can't thank you enough for these special memories.

Went here for my Yr 11&12 River Cruise on 31 March (2 weeks ago), very spacious, like a big square to fit the whole yr 11&12 for my school, very friendly staff, service is very good, delicious food, would recommend anyone who wants to host a wedding or any other formal events, school ball, etc.. thank you to the staff who looked after us

Had an amazing time on the weekend at a wedding. The staff were absolutely wonderful, professional and friendly. The food was fantastic and the boat was spotless and clean. The boat travelled all over the river giving great views from Perth to Canning Bridge. Lots of clean windows to enjoy the view. Best wedding ever.

Thank you so much Crystal Swan Cruises. We had the most amazing night! From the get go your team were friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and went above and beyond to make the night a success. The decorations looked great, drink service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Most of all I want to thank your amazing team, especially Tam for all the organising and the lovely tall man who was in charge on the night (I’m so sorry I don’t know his name) he was instrumental in making the night the success it was. Everyone has commented that it was the best Christmas party we have had in years!! We certainly look forward to cruising with you again in future!
