Amazing Wedding Catering and Coordination ! Crystal Palace Made Our Day Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience than what we had with Crystal Palace! From the catering to the coordination, everything was absolutely perfect, and I can’t recommend them enough.

The 8-course meal was out of this world. Every dish was expertly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, with many saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had! One of the biggest compliments we received was how full our guests were and this was the first time they didn’t leave a wedding feeling hungry. The takeaway service was also a brilliant touch, allowing our guests to enjoy the food after the event and giving my husband and I a chance to have a much-needed midnight snack after such a busy day!

Beyond the food, what really made our day special was Kim, our incredible wedding coordinator. She is absolutely the best! From the start, Kim was incredibly fast, efficient, and detail-oriented. Out of all the vendors I contacted, I emailed Kim the least and yet she was by far the most organized and got the most done. She even visited our venue the very next day after meeting us, just so she could gather detailed information and offer tailored advice specific to the space. Her attention to detail was unmatched! she helped me adjust our plan even the parts that's not food related to ensure everything ran smoothly and anticipated every need before I even thought of it.

Kim went so far above and beyond with her service. She didn’t have to, but she helped set up our donut tray (our wedding cake) and made sure every little detail was perfect! down to when to place napkins next to the donuts so they wouldn’t show in photos. She also helped grab items from the bridal table that I wanted to keep and took care of many small but important details that made everything run smoothly. Honestly, the number of things Kim did for us is too many to list, but she made our day stress-free and flawless.

I never had to worry about a thing with Kim and Crystal Palace. Everything was taken care of. If you're looking for a wedding catering service that delivers outstanding food and a coordinator who will go above and beyond to ensure your day is perfect, I highly recommend Crystal Palace. They made our wedding day truly unforgettable!

Because of covid19 restrictions, Crystal palace are providing home delivery banquets for 2. They are extremely professional and have always provided the best services! The food was amazing and instructions were simple to follow (our attempt at making them look appetising aren't as great as Crystal palace though ahaha).
Although we weren't able to experience their professional service in an actual event, these home dishes provided nostalgic memories of our wedding that were catered by Crystal palace. My husband and I are extremely impressed with their service and quality of food. Highly recommend.

First time attending a wedding that they catered for, have been to many done by Silks (who never disappoint - their service and food is always amazing). As it was my first time, I was looking forward to the food as I've heard people rave about it given they have been in the industry for a long while. Unfortunately, I cant say I agree. Was sadly disappointed. The lobster was dry and definitely not fresh. The quail was over fried and the sevice was lacking. I thought perhaps it was just mine but my partner had the same experience.

I want to say this is the best catering company you could ever select for your event if you wanted Asian food! From initial consultation to our wedding event, we were treated with the best customer service. Kim was extremely thorough and responsive to any questions we had and accommodated to requests for the night as well. After our wedding, we had an enormous amount of feedback from our guests that the food was delicious and fresh. Thu Thao assisted with running the reception on our wedding night, and we couldn't have faulted anything. She was there at every moment during the night and reassured us, everything was in good hands so we could thoroughly enjoy our night. She is a great asset to this business!
