I recently visited Pizza Crust and had a great experience! The pizza was delicious — fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Definitely one of my favorite pizza spots in the area. Highly recommend!

Tonight while waiting for our pizza to be made, we noticed a roulette wheel offering a spin (and free prize) if we wrote a review. On the first spin, the counter landed on the edge of "free drink" which was our least favourite option (chocolate mouse and garlic bread sounded better), so when the customer service attendant said " its near the border try again", we did.

Second spin we landed on "Sorry - better luck next time", I said : well if that's the case,we prefer the free drink we won on our first spin.

She said "Sorry -too bad" and walked away from the register. Our puzza was ready 5 minutes later but we weren't happy.

My daughter and I no longer wanted to eat in. None of the staff seemed to care my child was almost in tears.

So I deleted my prior positive review to replace with this update. We used to like your store. Now not coming back.

Ordered and picked up my first pizza at Crust Concord today and I was so impressed! Easy online process, ready within 15 minutes and I was greeted so warmly upon arrival. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Crispy GF base and perfect balance of toppings and seasoning. I will certainly be back again. Thank you Crust Concord.

Just had the most incredibly sweet and helpful staff interaction! My friends pooled to get pizza and I messed up and input my home address rather than the place I was at. I didn't realise until the driver was already at my door with no one home to collect the pizza on my behalf. My actual address wasn't within his delivery radius but rather than leaving the pizzas for me to come collect (he warned they'd get stolen) he took them back to the store, kept them on the oven to stay warm and even threw in a free drink when I arrived to pick them up (which definitely helped me win over my friends after the delay). He also let me know I could call him up if I got lost on the way there and when the store closed to make sure I wouldn't miss the window. Absolutely superb customer service, so freaking sweet given the mistake was ENTIRELY my fault, I felt so comforted and it really saved what could have been a horrible night. THANK YOU CRUST CONCORD! Ur staff are awesome, I wish I could afford to tip but yeah u deserve a bonus for sure! Will definitely order again in future, so grateful 💗💗

Was in the area and was craving some pizza, so I decided to come here, and I'm so glad that I did.... I ordered the peri peri chicken pizza with extra meat, and it has to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The pizza crust was perfectly cooked, and all the toppings tasted so fresh and delicious. The interior of the store was really clean and well maintained, and the staff were so kind and friendly they looked like they actually enjoyed working there 😁. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a quality pizza in the area🔥🔥🔥 10/10
