Thank you Crusader Newcastle for your prompt attention to our van, we had experienced brake issues and Jeff was able to slot me in to get us fixed , as i needed the van for work purposes.

We recently purchased the gorgeous Crusader Excalibur Prince from Rick, Donna and the whole team at Crusader Newcastle. We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to their customers. We were made feel like we were their centre of attention at all times.
Our van is everything we could hope for, thank you team. We look forward to many happy years of touring and a long relationship with the gang at Crusader Newcastle.

Be careful when dealing with crusader Newcastle. Bought a second hand van was told everything was working properly. After leaving dealership found stability control not working. guys had changed brake away but must have lost a screw as per photo found it shorting out an output to the chassis. Also van had a leak after being told van had been checked out extensively. When I informed them they said you buy as is. So basically bad luck.

I walked into the showroom on a Saturday morning requiring a part to be able to travel. The service area was closed. The salesman went above and beyond to help. Wow, I just loved the X country trailbreaker, the finish is next level. It has most of the stuff I want in a van. Loved the air bag suspension. I will be getting one when I have the money soon. The guy was helpful and answered all my questions. Just a 6 month wait to build the one I want. I would drive to Melbourne to pick it up so I could get use to it 🤩💯😎

We have had a great relationship with Crusader staff in Newcastle right from choosing the van, the add ons, the colours, delivery even though it was delayed with Sydney being shutdown due to COVID.
Kylie and her service staff have been fabulous to deal with and very helpful even on the phone with certain issues.
I would like to personally thank Donna for all her help as well.
My wife and I wish the staff good luck and thanks for all you great customer service and we look forward to working with you over the coming years.

Great range of vans and plenty of stock on hand. New owners and Josh was very knowledgeable on what could be upgraded on new vans. Very helpful. Service department on site. Easy site access and plenty of parking.
