Poor Customer Service. I was there at about 1:20pm yesterday hoping to book a flight. The vibe was unwelcoming. With over a dozen sits available I wasn't even offered one. She obtained my details while I was standing.

Although it was a reasonable quote, the terrible service was enough for me to immediately decide against it. I don't know if the two ladies there were hungry or just have bad manners

Absolutely terrible! Would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Never had so much trouble trying to book something that is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Way too many phone calls had to be made to fix errors on their end, just ridiculous. If anyone is looking to book a cruise, go through the cruise line itself or find another travel centre, don't waste your time with this one. My cruise isn't until Feb next year, we will see what else goes wrong between now and then 🙄

Service - non existant.
To receive email to comfirm booking 2 weeks ago never recieved it.
Had to be paid for by the 5th April.
So I called at Kotara Branch 4th April to find out what was happening. Closed at 1.00
Called the next day " all apologies from another agent "I'll get back to you" still waiting.
Rang again agent could not find booking.
Emailed back booking no longer available because I didn't pay..
Can't pay with out details of booking and bank account.
Replied to email...automatic reply..
Still no reply.

If you can't follow through on the request say so! there are other agents that want sales.

Made booking my first Europe trip so easy! Everything was organised and I didn’t have to do a thing when it came to booking all the way through to leaving on the departure date! Booked our honeymoon and everything through these guys and can not recommend them higher! I tell pretty much everyone I know to go and see them and each and every person has an amazing experience
