Got a cruise booked for December. They have been helpful, but communication is terrible different departments for different situations. Once you feel you have a good connection to your rep, you can't get a hold of them. I've been called 5+ to get insurance out of me when I have already got insurance sorted, and after I have explained on the first round, I have insurance. I assume they get commission.

Have your sales representatives deal with their own clients its a much nicer to talk with the person who helped you achieve the dream holiday.

I wish I red the reviews before booked my cruise the megastore is a worst experience ever I had the way they treat they customers is unfair and rude and careless. They take your money and when you want to discuss something with them you never find them I was dealing with Kristopher santos and Elissa Smith and Amy Green. But they didn’t do anything with my booking and issues they don’t even respond to your emails and phone calls because they just want money and play games with you till you get stressed and anxiety and they make you give up because your health is important but I won’t give up till get some answers, they took $1250 from me and I am fighting with them for 2 months and they canceled my cruise 🚢 and rebooked it and they made double money. And here I am lost $1250 and my cruise, this company is all about money not customer service is 0.hope they will go out of business soon.

It was a amazing spectacular experience of my first time cruising its like my dream came true everything was beautiful breakfast lunch dinner in fine dunning variety of cocktails spirits and beers nice rooms comfortable staffs,workers are bit annoying...and rude rest everything for perfect..

We had medical reasons why we couldn't go on the cruise and had to cancel would not refund our money or even give us a credit absolutely disgusting will not deal with them next time I will book direct with cruise company. I lost over a $1000.

Agents are accommodating and friendly but when it comes to processing refunds you would not be able to reach them. they will give you tons of excuses every time you communicate with them and their Finance team won’t even bother to clarify the whereabouts of your refund. they would just wait until you give up and keep the money for themselves. Definitely disappointing, not recommending doing any booking with them, better book directly.

Not happy, prices of everything higher than if I booked it myself, Eileen was very attentive up until I paid up for everything without getting any details and then I was totally ignored. I received all my money back through my bank that agreed I was entitled to get a full refund because of the way I was treated and lodged a dispute in my name. Never again!
