Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, an IHG Hotel - Terrigal, New South Wales

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal many times, but this must be the best one of all. Not only did we get a superb upgrade to our room, but we were gifted "Happy Hour" and free parking! even if we had not received these lovely extras, we would still have enjoyed every element of our stay. The staff, as always, were friendly and super efficient, tending to any request instantly. We ere greeted by the Director of VIP Services on arrival and made to feel immediately at home and cared for. The Meribella restaurant was perfect for a late afternoon cocktail, overlooking the sparkling ocean. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a delightful ocean view. The bed was perfect - not to hard of soft, just super comfy. Wake up and enjoy a magnificent buffet cooked breakfast where you can select your favourite type of eggs, poached, fried, boiled or our favourite: eggs Benedict and that was delicious! The new automated, number-plate recognition, parking underneath the hotel worked superbly too. I cannot give this wonderful hotel anymore superlatives.....I have run out! Just don't hesitate to book for a fabulous experience.

We spent 5 nights and really enjoyed the experience. It's definitely the place to stay in Terrigal. All staff friendly; room very clean, serviced each day which was lovely. Buffet very busy around 9am but we always waited until about 10am. Sometimes this means that dishes aren't replaced as quickly as turnover slower and they let them run down. Plenty of choice. The omelets are a great choice as they are cooked fresh and hot. My family all enjoyed what they ate for breakfast. Coffee was lovely my husband reported. Really enjoyed the musician downstairs at Aroma's which is right outside the front door. Great access to the beach just across the road. The only down side to our stay was that it rained for 3.5 of our 5 days....but we made the most of it. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Very happy with our 2 day stay, checkin was easy and room was ready early - nice bonus.

Service at breakfast was impressive - shown to a table by window with ocean/beach view - liked that. Food was good and plentiful.

Late checkout was greatly appreciated.

Have been coming to Crowne Plaza for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Room 346 was in a fabulous spot facing the beach and away from hotel night noise - will request that room on our next stay.

Love this hotel to stay for a quick getaway. The location, the pool & spa brilliant! Having a bar at the pool is fantastic if you like to have a cocktail whilst relaxing. Beach is directly opposite & lovely. A lot of cafes & food options. The customer service is fantastic! Only negative is the standard king size ocean rooms are tiny.

High tea at Crowne Plaza in the Meribella room. We had a table by the window overlooking Terrigal beach. Wait staff were excellent and attentive. The food for high tea was both savory and sweet and first class. A wide range of teas to choose from or coffee if you prefer. Highly recommended. 10/10.

Excellent hotel, very centrally located in Terrigal, opposite the beach with walking track along the shore line to help expend some of the calories consumed from the incredible buffet breakfast. Our King Pool/ Ocean view room was very clean, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed and pillows. Pool, Spa and Sauna were very clean and well maintained, a delight to spend time during our stay. Look forward to returning in the future.

Staff didn't attend to clean our room at 12pm although had cleaned every other room telling us "your room isn't on your list" the next day we went out hoping to at least have the room clean by 3pm- no cleaning or even changing of the beds just had someone arrive offering fresh towels. We paid around $600 a night and not once was the room cleaned. I emailed the manager and they said we "declined" the cleaning- perhaps that's because by 4pm in the afternoon after being out all day we were hoping to come back to a clean hotel to relax in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not to mention how disgusting the pizza and room service food was

My family and I spent a week at the Crowne Plaza and it’s the 3rd time we've stayed here during our visit to Terrigal. We had the most amazing time enjoying the food, the room service, the amazing view from our terrace balcony and the wonderful hotel staff (Vanessa, you are wonderful🙏🏽) who helped make our stay unforgettable. My family and are woke up every morning to the beautiful sounds of the waves from Terrigal Beach and although it rained for some of the time we were there we didn’t let it stop us from enjoying the suite we were staying in, the sublime view of Terrigal Beach even in a rainy day, and enjoying the great food from the hotel room service followed by the Crowne Hotel breakfast buffet. I do love an Eggs Benedict any time of the day 🥰 Thank you to Vanessa who went above and beyond to help my family and I, thank you to the amazing hotel staff at the reception, the concierge staff and the staff in housekeeping.You were all FANTASTIC!! We will definitely be heading back to the Crowne very soon and will definitely recommend to all and everyone!!
