The complete experience right from check-in -> stay > breakfast ->check-out was very comfortable. I look for customer service in any of my stays and I was happy with it. The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options to choose from - they say - a heavy nice breakfast is the best start of the day. The rooms are clean and intact. The amenities are well-defined and maintained and give you a feel that you are indeed staying in comfort. The location is great. Very central to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall - great stay and thank you.

A fabulous location to stay within walking distance of the CBD. Beautiful parks around. Breakfast buffet, although very busy during high holiday periods, is very good with a huge variety. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are dated and need a revamp. Amanda, the duty manager on checkout, was amazing and went above and beyond in making your checkout smooth and quick. The Breakfast staff this morning were very attentive and accommodating.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Salt Restaurant, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a delightful meal. The manager,Mr Yashan, was particularly impressive, ensuring that every detail was attended to and that all guests were comfortable and satisfied.

The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for quality ingredients.

Overall, Red Salt Restaurant offers not only fantastic food but also a memorable dining experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding leadership of Mr Yashan and his dedicated team. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

My first time at the Crowne Plaza CBR. It’s a fair hotel at a good price (at the time). I didn’t use the amenities so I can only talk about the room and the location. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets, and major shopping Centre within 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom could do with a refresh (it’s a bit 1980’s 🙂) and the carpet is looking like it’ll need replacing soon.

Amazing hotel, has everything you need, including luxurious rooms, mini bar, food, great amenities, and much more. Rooms were luxurious, but the bathroom needs renovation, and large flat screen tv to stream your favourite apps. Food was decent, with many options available as a buffet, was able to work out at the gym for some time, and it is in close proximity to the city centre. The mini bar had alcohol, so if you follow a religion that forbids alcohol it's best to tell them. The value is 101% worth the money 🙂

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly as a IHG member by the reception team. Miss Van promptly assisted with the check-in process and provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities. Her professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the rest of my stay.

Value for money. Short walk to all shops, bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to manager Sukhjeev for making our stay a pleasant one and the room upgrade. ||Estate Lume Bar - amazing service. Make sure you go during Happy Hours. The Casino downstairs was just the icing on the cake. ||Highly recommended if you’re in Canberra.
