Didn’t stay but was greeted by an over the top very fake manager in a suit and tie by the lift. We just wanted to look at the place - he made it his mission to ask us a thousand questions. Some times people just want to be left alone and do our own thing.

Our advice is to calm down and not pressure. The front desk man was great - very warm and welcoming along with the coffee attendant we had also.

I had the most incredible experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, it truly became a magical part of my wedding story! I recorded my "getting ready" scenes there, and let me tell you… the setting was absolutely stunning. The room had the most beautiful natural light and a breathtaking view that added the perfect touch to our special day.

What made it even more memorable was the service. The staff went above and beyond, they kindly let me check in early and were so attentive to my needs throughout. From the moment I arrived, I felt so cared for and supported, which is exactly what every bride needs on such a big day!

The space was elegant, peaceful, and just picture-perfect in every way. I couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop to start my wedding day. Thank you, Crowne Plaza, for making those moments so beautiful and unforgettable!

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Crowne Plaza. I was warmly welcomed by the staff at reception, and was easily able to get to my room.

The room was clean, tidy and well appointed.

The included breakfast at Ember & Vibe offered a fabulous selection of delicious options.

Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Adelaide.

I chose Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes for our two-night stay in Adelaide, and what an absolutely amazing experience it has been for us! We stayed in a suite, and the sunrise view was simply surreal. The restaurant and bar had such a soothing ambiance, making our time there even more enjoyable.

Every staff member we encountered was a shining example of what true hospitality looks like. The service was so warm and personalized that it never felt like we were meeting the staff for the first time. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by the wonderful Guest Service Agent, Marian, and Duty Manager, Ly. To our luck, we also had the pleasure of meeting their fantastic Front Office Manager, Ryan. It truly felt like we were returning to a familiar place rather than visiting for the first time.

We also had the chance to meet some amazing F&B staff—I believe their names were Sunita and Kipal? Apologies if I got that wrong, but the coffee and breakfast were absolutely incredible! A special thank you to the behind-the-scenes kitchen team for making our mornings so delightful.

Upon checkout, we were once again met with kindness by Sunika, who took the time to ask about our stay and acknowledged our membership tier. What truly set this experience apart was seeing their GM, Mr. Faisal, not only checking in on his staff but also making time to personally meet and greet us, ensuring we had a great stay.

This place is beautifully furnished, cleverly designed and the service is excellent. A lot of care and attention has gone into every aspect of this hotel. From the fluffy towels and robes, ambient lighting and conveniently placed charging stations, to the eco friendly minimalism. It's immaculately clean and comfortable and we would happily have stayed for weeks. The staff were friendly and respectful and we were given a surprise room upgrade. Both the restaurant and bar are lovely to sit in with delicious food and beverages. Easily the best place to stay in the local area.
Only downside for us: no pool.

This new hotel is beautifully presented with wonderful and comfortable furnishings. Views are pleasant and enjoyable.|Little things need some fine tuning as overall it was a good stay but a few minor hiccups kept it from a great stay. As a local, it was a lovely experience after watching it be built.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes, booking 3 standard rooms for myself and 2 mates in Adelaide for a Tenpin Bowling event. This is a fairly new hotel and I have to say that it is our go to hotel from now on. The rooms were really impressive, a great size and with comfortable beds. The truly outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff, everyone welcomed us and were genuinely warm and friendly, from the reception staff and at the restaurant, it really made our stay. Within walking distance of cafes and shops, you will love staying here.

Wonderful customer service experience from professional, kind and helpful staff. Overall good food, although quite disappointed by the quality of the pastries at breakfast. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable with softer sheets. We would also have welcomed more entertainment and communal amenities. However, overall great atmosphere, clean hotel and quality amenities with very skillful and respectful staff.
