I had high hopes for my daughters quince but unfortunately the personnel did not express any interest in helping me with preparations (putting bottles on the tables, like they said the AC was faulty because the space was too hot and uncomfortable). They did not put me chairs for the dancing crew and charged 600 for this table that is not Worth it I seen better for that amount and they did not do the decorations liked they said and still charge me everything. Also the restrooms were not being upkept,no toilet paper and were dirty.

Absolutely trash, we had hosted an event here and the a/c went out. The people in charge were so unprofessional they weren’t able to bring someone to fix it or not even bring us in some fans. When we asked for a refund they didn’t want to give it to us. I would not host anything here. We had a quinceañera here but it was so hot every one of our guests left really early no one was able to enjoy the party. We wasted the money on this place the least they could do was apologize for the a/c not working but we didn’t even get an apology. We had guests coming from All over the states and all them had an unpleasant experience

Although the parking areas aren't your ideal parking areas, the parking in the front are fine but on the side, the parking is very steep, or larger crowds, parking is across the street due to proximity of other businesses and their parking, it's a great Venue. Management is very respectful and professional. During Covid, they are very cautious and safe to keep themselves and others in the venue safe as well.

We had a contract we had our date booked 2 weeks before our event they call us and tells us that the contract is off that weren't having our event, every other venue is booked we had to cancel everything. And they keeping the money and it's the same guy that owns La Pulga at Lamar...

5 YEARS LATER THEY FINALLY RESPOND TO MY REVIEW, ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION I MET A COUPLE MORE PEOPLE THAT WENT THROUGH THAT SITUATION.

Hope the owner Oscar remembers me ,but we have been looking for halls to rent all day for my friend Wedding, everyone we saw prior to this hall were unprofessional, but he was very professional and patient and reasonable, I highly recommend.

The place itself is beautiful but the quince I attended made it for a miserable experience due to the restrooms not being cleaned and the AC did not seem to work.
