5 star service. Called ahead to get the rates so we knew how much cash we needed to take out in AUD, and spoke to Sunny who was super helpful. They also take eftpos which we found out later. I then went into the store where Kay served me. She provided really favourable rates because we exchanged quite a large amount. She gave me travelling tips which i thought was a nice touch. It was an extremely easy process and I like that they have all the different currencies (about 90!) and we were specifically after Egyptian Pounds which other currency exchanges don’t stock so it made the experience really seamless. I will definitely be coming back again for any future travel.
