What a great overnighter. A neat and tidy room in a very secure gated complex. Alan was very friendly and accommodating, as we arrived late and he gave us very clear instructions for leaving early in the morning. He also recommended the Western Hotel/Bistro just down the road for a great meal.

Loved this motel! The little kitchenette is perfect with its fridge & crockery so we could DIY breakie, the bed was huge & super comfortable and it had a lovely deck to sit out & enjoy a pre dinner drink. |Clean, modern & spacious. Highly recommended.

We always stay here on our way through Port Augusta and it has always been a great experience. The rooms are spotless, very spacious, very comfortable bed, plenty of crockery and cutlery glasses, towels and linen good quality. And very quiet even though its right on main road. Cant fault it really.

Stayed here for a few nights for work and it was just right. Nice and quiet complex in a good spot away from the noisier parts of Port Augusta but within walking distance to a couple of pubs for dinner. I think if you’re in town for a short stay or need somewhere whilst travelling through for a night or two then this about the right place. Allan is a really thoughtful manager and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

After an stressful and exhausting day of travelling, I was lucky enough to be able to book a last minute room at the ecomotel. Alan was very kind and made me feel welcome and at home. The room was very clean with large comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. I left the next day feeling much better, thank you for a lovely stay 🙂 Danni

Booked a room at short notice for 2A/2C. Wasn’t expecting much but was very very pleasantly surprised. This is a really nice motel full stop, not just for PAG. Large, clean modern room, secure parking, really helpful service, near-new bedding and bathroom. Literally the only drawback is the location on the highway, with some traffic noise in the room.

Seriously, an oasis in Port Augusta ☺️ for me and my pooch. I was seeking a place to relax and rest which also provided an atmosphere where I coild work.
I hit the jackpot here. Alan is a wonderful host. He’s friendly, helpful, and has a lovely presence about him. The room was absolutely fabulous. I didn’t want to leave. I stayed 3x nights and I can’t find a single fault.
The bed - devine. Big. Super comfy.
Shower - superb. Hot. Perfect
The room was spacious, had a small kitchenette, a desk and the best part? An enclosed courtyard with a small deck.
Travelling for work with my dog, I wish I came across an ‘Alan’s Place’ everywhere I go.

A good price. We had quiet rooms, away from the highway at our request. A big room, king size bed, microwave, plenty of crockery (something that has been missing elsewhere we stayed), great shower, good heater… it was very clean and well equipped. Supermarket only two blocks away. We found this a good place to stay for one night on our travels.
