Terrible customer service, one of the worst I've experienced.
Went in last week, expressing my interest to travel to the Olympics in Paris next year.
First response, "I hope you're realistic about airfares."'
Why the judgement? Perhaps because I was in a football jersey.
I replied it was more the accommodation I need help/advice with.
Before I could even sit down, the lady told me "'I'll need $200 straight up because that is a lot of research.''
I asked ''Before we even begin?''
She said yes. Then if I booked it would be deducted from the accom.
So if I didn't go with accom recommended I would have lost $200?
What on earth?
The next day I went to Flight Centre. The lady straight up found me airfares for $2675...less than what they currently are now...and looked up my whole France itinerary, not asking for a cent.
So glad I gave my business to the right people.
What a disgrace honestly.
Wasn't even given 30 seconds of her time.

Excellent itinerary arranged by Donna and her team for a trip to Canada and Alaska including Denali.
The trip went so smoothly with great accommodation and the little extra trips that made the whole experience worthwhile like 2 nights at Chateau Lake Louise waking up and looking at the glacier and the Rocky Mountaineer train trip which was breathtaking. If you want a good itinerary where you see so much this is the Travel Agent to use.
